MEMBERSHIP
You must be a resident of the

POINTS
Points are converted to real money at a rate of 1 point = 0.01 GB pounds i.e. "a penny a point".
You must be logged into your account and use the WWW.NHSSTAFFBENEFITS.CO.UK links to accrue points which can be converted to cash.
As a member you will receive points as a %age of spend as specified within (the website) directory.
In most cases your points will appear as 'pending' on your statement within 14 days. Any transaction you make is with the retailer and not with WWW.NHSSTAFFBENEFITS.CO.UK points are awarded when the retailer confirms your purchases. Depending on their returns policy this normally will be done within 30 days. However some retailers may take upwards of 45 days.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you turn your cookies on with your browser, and that you do not have any software / adware on your computer that may block your point such as norton internet security.
If any of your purchases are returned to the retailer, any points will automatically be deducted from your balance.
If it is deemed that a user is completing fraudulent transactions, their account will be suspended, points forfeited and you may be reported to the necessary authorities.
All retailers transactions are logged through the use of cookies. We can not be responsible if for any reasons the retailers site are not correctly reporting sales to us.
CONVERT POINTS TO CASH
WWW.NHSSTAFFBENEFITS.CO.UK will make payments to members, in arrears, when they have accrued at least 2000 points within their account.
When you want to convert points into cash, you must log in to your account with your username and password. Then, select Redeem Points from the Account Actions.
We do not post cheques so to receive your money you must set up or have set up a PayPal account so that we can transfer your money directly into your bank account electronically.
Setting up a PayPal account is easy and secure. All you need is an email address and a bank
account for us to pay the money into.
Your 500 point sign up bonus is a one time only bonus. This bonus will remain pending until you have accrued your first 2000 points. Your sign up bonus will be awarded and paid to you when
you are able to redeem your first 2000 points.
If your account has been inactive for a period in excess of 18 months and your balance is under 2000 points we may contact you, if we do not receive a response within 21 days we reserve the right to terminate your membership and reset your points to 0.
CHANGES TO WEBSITE
PSSB Ltd reserves the right to:
Change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that WWW.NHSSTAFFBENEFITS.CO.UK shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal; and
Change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
